Vera Franz investiert für das Open Society Institute der Soros Foundation in Köpfe und Projekte rund um Netzpolitik. Mit Markus Beckedahl sprach sie über die Stiftung und ihre Ziele, die Reform der WIPO, die Unterstützung von Lobbying-Initiativen, wie freie Software im globalen Süden gefördert wird und einiges mehr.
